Game lovers will love Benedicts primarily because the chef, Richard Bainbridge, is so classically trained. His CV includes stints at the 3 Michelin star Waterside Inn in Bray under the late Michel Roux OBE and at Kevin Thornton in Dublin. Local to Norfolk he was head chef at Galton Blackiston’s Morston Hall. So, expect the game dishes on the menu to be seasonal and treated with thought and care. Bainbridge runs the restaurant with his wife Katja and is well known to fans of Great British Menu as a winner in 2015.
