The Chefs’ Forum is delighted to announce that the main butchery feature at The Game Fair (29th -31st July at Ragley Hall) will be hosted on The Great Game Guide stage. Chefs, butchers, producers and suppliers will all be present to champion game butchery and game refrigeration.
Over the three days of The Game Fair the stage will highlight all the producers that have been featured in The Great Game Guide as well showcasing Fisher UK’s market-leading game larder solutions.
“We’re really ramping up our presence at The Game Fair this year,” said Catherine Farinha, Director of The Chefs’ Forum and The Great Game Guide. “After our success last year we’ve got so much interest in the guide and its contents that we are expanding last year’s presentations to major on butchery.
“Game needs to butchered with care and looked after the right way and we’ve got the experts to explain and demonstrate how that’s done. These include game expert Curtis Pitts, Game Butcher of the Year Tim Hanks (Hanks’ Meat & Game) and Willo Game.
And then, on top of that, we’ve got top chefs lined up to cook game and show off its unique versatility. But that’s not all! We’re also showcasing Fisher UK who are the market leaders in game larders and they’ll be with us with a proper larder. So, make sure you come and see us!”
More butchers will be confirmed and announced over the coming weeks, so stay-tuned for further information.
