It is hard not to be effusive about Chez Bruce and the cooking of its owner chef Bruce Poole. For starters the restaurant itself was the once legendary site of Marco Pierre White’s Harvey’s. But since1995 it has been a restaurant all of its own. A serenely classic dining room that exudes charm with food to match. At Chez Bruce you will find classic dishes that don’t need to try hard. The menu is perfectly created and has no pretensions beyond wanting to be excellent and delicious. Game Chez Bruce will be memorable.
