Crockers Henley is an interesting concept which offers a number of unique dining experiences, and rooms, under one roof on the river at Henley-on-Thames. There’s a Bar & Grill headed up by Tom Westerland and two very different chefs tables where you’ll find Alex Payne (Thames) and Iain Dixon (Gardiner). That’s three opportunities to discover various styles and flavours of game which features throughout the season. Each chef’s table has been designed to create a sense of theatre with a direct view of it’s dedicated kitchen. The Bar & Grill features its own charcoal grill.
