The Green Man is a pub done by the Galvin brothers, Chris & Jeff who have been at the top of the London restaurant scene for close to twenty years. It was a natural progression for them to consider opening a pub. The result is set in the Essex countryside, close to Great Waltham in a building dating back to 1341. There are great views as well as an extensive garden. And the brothers grew up nearby so the place means a lot to them. You’ll find all the usual Galvin touches including renditions of game classics done in their unique style.
