Brothers Chris & Jeff Galvin are known as two of the most hard-working and talented chefs in the country. Both have chef CV’s from the very top of the industry. Jeff learnt his craft alongside Marco Pierre White whilst Chris worked for years with Terence Conran. Their mixture of French brasserie classics and British flair is on show at Galvin La Chapelle where the food shines under Jeff’s direction.
