A 300-year old pub in The Vale of Glamorgan which offers a daily, changing, seasonal menu that features game alongside ingredients from the Vale and from the kitchen garden.Everything is made from scratch in the kitchen, from sourdough bread and cultured butter, to fresh pasta. Chef Tom Watts-Jones grew up locally and remembers playing in the pub garden. He trained as a chef in London at stalwarts The Anchor & Hope and the Michelin starred St. John. Now he’s back to promote the very best of Welsh food.
