The Great Game Guide will be making a splash at The Scottish Game Fair at Scone Palace, Perth, this weekend – 24-26th September.

You can find us in the Food Hall where we’ll be promoting The Great Game Guide and also featuring on the stage on Sunday 26th at 11.30am in partnership with Woodmill Game and Fisher UK – The game larder leaders.

We’ll be demonstrating a cracking partridge dish – Partridge Breast with Sherry, Mascarpone and Honeyberries. If you’re at the fair then definitely put this on your agenda and come and say hello.

Woodmill Game have been working with Fisher game larders to allow them to up their throughput and flow meaning even better consistency of product from shoot through to cooking.
