Owned by South African born chef Dean Legg The Duck Inn near Canterbury is a classic English pub set in the Kent countryside. Dean spent his youth learning to cook on open fires back home before continuing his passion for cooking in local restaurants The 26 and The Beacon in Tunbridge Wells. Food at The Duck is plentiful and seasonal with game a feature during the autumn and winter.
