The Dysart cleverly manages to be a country pub in the town. It sits on the edge of Richmond Park and has a bright and generous dining area with tables nicely spread apart. What sets The Dysart apart is Kenneth Culhane, the chef in the kitchen. His brand of Asian-influenced fine dining mixed with a classical background is what attracted Michelin who gave it a star in 2019. Wild and local ingredients feature on the menu with game very much a part of the ethos. There’s also a beautiful piano which is used for classical concerts.
