The Kingham Plough, in Chipping Norton, was made famous by former Great British Menu winner Emily Watkins who championed local ingredients from the Cotswolds and built up a formidable following. The pub now continues where she left off with Head Chef, Jonny Pons, formerly of Slaughters Country Inn, Ellenborough Park Hotel and The Feathered Nest in charge of a daily-changing modern menu of British dishes with Mediterranean influences and British pub classics. There’s good beer from Hook Norton, two lovely dining rooms and game on the classic menu to enjoy.
