Local provenance defines The Stackpole Inn near Pembroke in Wales and it can be seen on head chef Matt Waldron’s menus. This is where he really gets to showcase the strong relationships with farmers and small local suppliers that have been built up over the years. Over the past 12 years, Gary and Becky Evans and their team have won numerous awards and its easy to see why. The Stackpole is a classic pub with rooms, simple in decor, elaborate in food and situated close to the Pembrokeshire coast.
