The West House Restaurant with Rooms, housed in a 16th Century weaver’s cottage in the village of Biddenden in the Weald of Kent, is the restaurant of chef patron Graham Garrett, a former rock and roll drummer. Garrett may have come to cooking late but has never looked back. His food is celebrated far and wide for a couple of simple reasons: technical skill and an ability to find the best ingredients even when everyone is looking for the same thing. When game is one the menu you can be assured that its treatment will be precise.
